ACT recognizes the importance of manufacturer support for Sport Compact racing and will continue offering cash payouts for racer’s that support the ACT product. Racers using an ACT Clutch or XACT flywheel in the four Race Series may be eligible for cash payouts. Eligible classes and participation details may be obtained from ACT or the Race organization directly.
All contingency payouts MUST show proof to qualify for an award.

We are always looking for ways to help promote our company and sponsoring some of today's top race and show winners are the ideal way. ACT is looking for new and innovative cars and trucks that represent today's car enthusiasts.
Every year Advanced Clutch Technology, Inc. looks for a handful of individuals to represent our products from grassroots to professional racing, show events and in the print media. If you are interested in sponsorship and think you have what it takes, then read on...
- YOU are the most important aspect! ACT looks for integrity and a motivated work ethic. We want to know that by being sponsored by ACT, you will represent our products in the best possible manner and become a spokesperson for us.
- A vehicle that is new or unique in someway that we make a clutch for. What differentiates you and your vehicle from the others. Why would we want to sponsor you and how is a partnership between you and ACT going to aid in promoting its products.
- Media coverage – not a necessity, but it always helps. Please be sure to include your contact at the magazine.
- A proven track record for attending car shows and events. What are your accomplishments?
- R&D feedback of ACT products provided.
- You must attend a set minimum of events on your schedule of shows/races as per your proposal. The attendance must be verified w/ receipts or time slips from your event.
- A minimum of 1 foot ACT Inc. logo sticker must be placed in a visible location (i.e. front fenders, windshield, hood & roll call).
- Monthly or bi-monthly updates of how the show/race season is going with photos. Let us know how you’re doing
We set aside a budgeted amount of money for this year’s sponsorships in the fourth quarter of the previous year. We will receive proposals until the last day in March of the following year. In April we will decide who will get sponsorships. A handful will get Full sponsorship (Free parts plus money), which includes full tech support. The majority of the sponsored will qualify for varied levels of Parts Sponsorships, (Partial through free parts) which includes full tech support. If your proposal arrives after April 1, we will hold on to it for a sponsorship opportunity in the following year. Sometimes a new application that debuts after April 1st may receive special consideration.
We will contact everyone who sends us a proposal and let them know what our plans are. All proposals become the property of Advanced Clutch Technology, Inc.
For all free part show car sponsorships you must pay for any products at a Special Discounted Show Car price at the beginning of the Promotional Partnership with ACT. Upon completion of the contract end ACT will refund the full amount of the Special Show Car Discount price on all parts ONLY if all requirements from ACT, as per the contract, have been fulfilled.
For all magazine sponsorships you must pay for any products at a Special Discounted Magazine Car price at the beginning of the Promotional Partnership with ACT. Upon completion of the contract end ACT will refund the full amount of the Special Discounted Magazine Car price on all parts ONLY if all requirements from ACT, as per the contract, have been fulfilled.
Remember, this is a partnership.
Please do not call us. A phone call can be forgotten in the hundreds we receive each day, while a hard copy presentation says volumes for your professionalism. While email is a valued convenience for today’s business we prefer sponsorship proposals in hard copy because we do not wish to have our servers clogged with photos attached to emails.

Send your proposal via UPS or Federal Express. This way you can track your own package and you will know that it was received. Do not call us to see if your proposal has arrived.

- List of Current vehicle Modifications
- List of Future vehicle Modification

- Exposure: Races, shows or events you plan to attend. Future magazine coverage.
- Racers include: Copies of Time slips or Race Accomplishments
- Quality photos of your car. The more the better. If the car is incomplete and being built, send us photos anyways. It’s always good to see what we’re going to potentially sponsor.
